TENERWISE SUBPROCESSOR LIST

This list identifies third-party subprocessors currently authorized to process Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise, and certain providers expected to support upcoming or feature-dependent services. A provider identified as "Planned" is not currently processing Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise. This list is referenced by the Tenerwise Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings given to them in the DPA.
1. Current Subprocessors
The following providers currently process Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise.
Supabase, Inc. provides database, authentication, file storage, realtime functionality, and related backend infrastructure. Depending on use of the Services, Supabase may process account identifiers, authentication and session data, Center records, files, photographs, application data, and related technical metadata necessary to provide the Services. Tenerwise's production project is configured in Supabase's East US (Ohio) region, which is where primary project data, including the database, authentication service, and storage objects, is hosted. Status: Current.
Vercel Inc. provides web application hosting, deployment, delivery, and related application infrastructure. Vercel may process application requests, technical and access logs, device or network information, and Center Data transmitted through Vercel-hosted functionality where applicable. Vercel's primary processing facilities are in the United States, although Vercel and its authorized subprocessors may process data in other jurisdictions in connection with providing the Services. Status: Current.
Plus Five Five, Inc., operating as Resend, provides transactional email delivery, including account notifications, invitations, authentication-related messages, and service communications. Resend may process recipient email addresses, recipient names where included, email metadata, message content, and delivery-related information necessary to provide transactional email services. Resend states that customer data is stored in the United States. Status: Current.
2. Upcoming and Feature-Dependent Providers
The following providers are expected to support upcoming Tenerwise features, or features that may be enabled selectively. A provider marked "Planned" does not currently process Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise. Tenerwise is publishing these providers in advance for transparency and consistent with the advance-notice framework in the DPA. When a provider begins processing Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise, its status on this list will be updated.
Stripe, LLC would provide payment processing and related billing infrastructure for Tenerwise payment functionality. Where enabled, Stripe may process payer information, transaction information, payment-method information, billing information, and related technical, security, or fraud-prevention data necessary to provide payment functionality. Stripe's privacy role may vary depending on the particular processing activity; to the extent Stripe processes Center Data on Tenerwise's behalf, the applicable processing is governed by relevant data-processing terms. Status: Planned — not currently processing Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise.
Anthropic, PBC would provide AI processing supporting optional AI-assisted Tenerwise features, including TenerReports. When an applicable feature is enabled and used, Anthropic may process the minimum content and contextual information reasonably necessary to generate the requested output. Tenerwise will not authorize the use of identifiable Center Data submitted through Tenerwise AI features for general-purpose model training. Status: Planned — not currently processing Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise.
Google LLC, through Firebase Cloud Messaging, would provide mobile push-notification delivery for the Tenerwise mobile application. Where enabled, this service may process device registration tokens, application or device information, and limited notification metadata or content necessary to deliver push notifications. This provider will process information in connection with Tenerwise only when mobile push-notification functionality is enabled and used. Status: Planned — not currently processing Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise.
Apple Inc., through Apple Push Notification service (APNs), may provide push-notification delivery to users of the Tenerwise application on Apple devices. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers messages targeting Apple devices through APNs as a separate transport layer. Where enabled, APNs may process device tokens and limited notification metadata or content necessary to deliver push notifications. Status: Planned — not currently processing Center Data on behalf of Tenerwise.
3. Changes to This List
Tenerwise may update this list as the Services evolve. Notice of new or replacement material subprocessors, including any applicable advance notice and objection rights, will be provided in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum. This Subprocessor List does not modify or limit any rights or obligations under the DPA.
4. Processing Locations
Subprocessors and other providers may process personal data in jurisdictions where they or their authorized subprocessors operate. The processing-location information above identifies known primary or configured processing locations where reasonably available, and does not represent that every internal operation of a provider occurs exclusively in that location. Cross-border processing and applicable safeguards are governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
